Assisted Living
Just the right amount of help — with bathing, dressing, medication and meals — delivered discreetly, around your routine.
Help with the hard bits, freedom for the rest
Assisted living suits residents who love village life but need a steady hand with daily tasks. A registered nurse builds a personal care plan with you and your family, then our care partners deliver it — quietly, kindly and exactly when needed.
- Personal care — bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility support.
- Medication management — ordering, reminders and nurse supervision.
- 24/7 nursing presence and emergency call response in every residence.
- Monthly health reviews with family updates and GP liaison.
Transparent, tiered support
You only ever pay for the support you actually use. Levels are reviewed monthly with you and your family.
Level One — A Little Help
Daily check-ins, medication reminders and weekly housekeeping top-ups. Ideal for residents finding their feet after a hospital stay.
Level Two — Steady Support
Morning and evening personal care visits, escorted outings and full medication management. Our most common plan.
Level Three — Comprehensive
Multiple daily visits, night-time reassurance rounds and coordination with physiotherapists, dietitians and GPs.
Care in a homely setting
A registered nurse visits before move-in (or on day one) to assess needs, preferences and routines with you and your family. The plan is reviewed every month — or whenever anything changes.
Every care partner completes 120+ hours of certified training plus dementia-awareness and first-aid certification, with refresher courses each quarter.
Yes. We liaise with your GP or specialist, arrange transport to appointments, and our medical director can step in whenever you need on-site clinical input.
