Home/Volunteer
Give an hour, gain a hundred grandparents
Read aloud, teach tech, lead a walk, play piano — or just visit. Our 300+ volunteers are the heartbeat of every village.
Ways to help
There's a role with your name on it
- Companionship visits — tea, chats and walks with residents who light up when you arrive.
- Skill shares — music, crafts, languages, tech help, gardening know-how.
- Outings crew — extra hands (and wheels) for theatre trips, matches and market days.
- Event elves — decorating, baking and summer-fete wrangling at celebrations.
