Memory Care

Secure, serene neighbourhoods where people living with dementia are known, understood and gently engaged — every single day.

Moments matter

Specialist care for memory loss

Our memory neighbourhoods are designed around how dementia feels: small households of twelve, circular walking paths with no dead ends, secure gardens, familiar music, and the same trusted faces every day. Structure reduces anxiety; warmth brings back smiles.

  • Dementia-trained team — every member certified, with a 1:5 staffing ratio.
  • Purposeful days — music therapy, baking, gardening and reminiscence sessions.
  • Secure freedom — enclosed gardens and safe wandering paths, day and night.
  • Family partnership — life-story books, open visiting and monthly support groups.

Our Approach

The Marigold Moments programme

Know the person

Before move-in we build a life-story book — songs, jobs, holidays, recipes — so carers connect with who your loved one has always been.

Anchor the day

Consistent wake times, familiar mealtimes and a visual daily rhythm reduce confusion and sundowning, while leaving room for spontaneity.

Engage the senses

Sensory gardens, textured crafts, aromatherapy and live music reach residents where words sometimes can't — and the responses are magical.

With design, not locks. Circular indoor paths, secure garden loops and discreet door monitoring let residents walk freely and safely — day and night, with staff always nearby.

Yes — families are welcome at any hour, and we encourage joining meals, music sessions and garden time. We also run a monthly relatives' support group with our dementia nurse.

From early-stage residents who need gentle structure through to advanced dementia requiring full nursing care. Care plans evolve monthly with geriatrician input.
